Jiuzhaigou Valley

Jiuzhaigou Valley is a spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Site in northern Sichuan, renowned for its unusually clear waters and dramatic landscapes, where snow-capped peaks, dense pine forests, and alpine meadows converge. The valley's most notable features are the multicolored lakes, such as Five Flower Lake and Mirror Lake, where mineral deposits, algae, and light create natural plays of color in shades of turquoise, emerald, and deep blue.
