- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents are valid.
3. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing via our platform or customer service.
- Refunds are subject to airline and our cancellation policies.
- An administration fee may apply to cancellations.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
- Insurance products are non-refundable after booking.
4. Travel conditions
- Passports and visas must be valid for the entire trip.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check entry and travel requirements for the destination.
- We recommend travel insurance before departure.
- Schedules and routes may change without notice by the airlines.
- Baggage limits follow each airline’s rules.

Adventaraus acts only as an intermediary between you and the airlines. We are not responsible for:
- Delays or cancellations outside our control
- Damage or loss during travel
- Changes to airline schedules or routes
- Issues with passports, visas, or entry permits
- Extra costs due to changes or cancellations
