Les Arcs

Les Arcs is one of the most distinctive ski areas in Savoie, standing out with its high altitude, snow reliability, and direct access to the vast Paradiski ski area, which connects Les Arcs with La Plagne. With over 400 km of interconnected slopes, the area is ideal for skiers seeking variety, long days on the slopes, and efficient transport between valleys and heights. The absolute highlight is Aiguille Rouge at 3,226 meters – an iconic viewpoint from which the famous descent to Villaroger begins. This nearly 7 km run offers dramatic elevation changes and constant shifts between open glacier-like areas, steep sections, and forested terrain, making it one of the Alps' most memorable descents. Above the tree line, you'll find wide bowls and long red and black pistes, especially appealing to experienced skiers.
