Sarajevo – History and Budget in the Balkans

Sarajevo is a capital best experienced on foot, where each neighborhood reveals layers of Europe's most complex history. In Baščaršija, the city's Ottoman heart from the 1400s, the sounds of coppersmiths, the call to prayer from the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, and small coffee shops serving Bosnian coffee prepared using centuries-old traditions create an unforgettable ambiance.
