Tignes

Tignes is known as one of Europe's most snow-secure ski areas and is located in the heart of the legendary Espace Killy, offering direct access to over 300 km of interconnected slopes between Tignes and Val d’Isère. The destination's main attraction is the Grande Motte Glacier, where skiing at over 3,000 meters ensures stable snow conditions and the possibility of skiing well into spring – and almost year-round during selected periods. Tignes is particularly popular among experienced skiers and snowboarders thanks to its steep slopes, off-piste opportunities, and some of the Alps' most renowned snowparks and freestyle areas, often used for international training camps. The resort is divided into several high-altitude villages, all with ski-in/ski-out access, making access to the slopes easy and efficient. As the daylight fades, Tignes offers night skiing on selected slopes, as well as active après-ski and nightlife with events, bars, and restaurants.
